 Atelier Noire – Returns & Refunds Policy

Atelier Noire creations are crafted to endure and are made with care. As each piece is unique, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, your rights are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item you purchase is faulty, damaged, or not as described. To notify us of a fault: Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert contact email]. Provide your order number, photographs of the item, and a description of the issue. Once assessed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with the ACL.
