Atelier Noire <\/strong>\u2013 Terms & Conditions of Sale<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. These Terms and Conditions (<\/strong>\u201cTerms<\/strong>\u201d) apply to all purchases of products (<\/strong>\u201cItems<\/strong>\u201d) from Atelier Noire (<\/strong>\u201cwe<\/strong>\u201d, <\/strong>\u201cus<\/strong>\u201d, <\/strong>\u201cour<\/strong>\u201d) whether through our online store or physical locations. By purchasing from Atelier Noire, you (<\/strong>\u201cyou<\/strong>\u201d, <\/strong>\u201cthe customer<\/strong>\u201d) agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Products & Availability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All Items are subject to availability. Atelier Noire reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue, or modify products at any time without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy in descriptions, images, and details; however, minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Pricing & Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

 All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted methods displayed at checkout. Atelier Noire reserves the right to change prices prior to purchase confirmation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Shipping & Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once delivery is made to the address provided. Atelier Noire is not responsible for delays caused by customs, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Returns, Exchanges & Consumer Guarantees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your Item is faulty, defective, or not as described. If an Item is faulty, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Depending on the circumstances, Atelier Noire may offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the ACL. Variations in natural materials, patina, texture, or minor marks consistent with artisanal production are not considered faults.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

All content, artworks, designs, logos, photographs, and text on our platforms are owned by or licensed to Atelier Noire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any such content without our prior written permission.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except as required by the ACL, Atelier Noire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your purchase or use of our Items. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to the cost of replacing the Item or refunding the purchase price.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
